                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO 
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH GES, INC. TO ACCEPT 
                   THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT PLAN RELATIVE 
                   TO CLEANUP OF THE UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK 
                   LEAK AT ROSS'S LANDING MARINA FOR AN 
                   ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND NINE 
                   HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($22,926.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to execute a 
       Contract with GES, Inc. to accept the Environmental Assessment 
       Plan relative to cleanup of the underground storage tank leak at 
       Ross's Landing Marina for an estimated amount of $22,926.00.
